A web away from whimsy

 Some of my favourite whimsical websites to escape... for a moment. 💗

1.💚 Radio Garden - radio garden link: Literally listen to the radio all around the world . See what people are listening to whether salsa or Afrobeats. 

2. 💜Kosmi- kosmi link : Make watch parties FUN again. Create rooms online to play games and watch movies with your friends, all in the comfort of your own bed.

3. 🩷A little box of goodies- https://alittleboxofgoodies.com/ : By far my favourite website so far, its literally soo cute and fun. Create care packages for your loved ones and send it to them. The best way to make a gloomy day better.  

4. 🧡Digital postcards - digital postcards link: I basically abuse this site haha every other day, create cute fun postcards to send to your bestie throughout the day. Write whatever you want in them. 

5.  🩵A little hangout- Alittlehangout link : Google calendar but make it cute mwah. Co-ordinate your next hangout in style.

Entry 001: A new week, A new (imperfect) me

 Oh my gosh, I think I have rewritten this draft a thousand times, looking for the right words. I am in my second year of university and in these two years I have learnt that I am the most imperfect perfect person I have met. Haha saying it out loud even reading it sounds ridiculous but thats truly the only way I can describe it. I have made a ton of mistakes and bad decisions in my life and as much as I try to convince myself that I would change some of them, the reality is I wouldn't. Because changing my decisions would change the trajectory of who I have become and I am fearful I would not like "her", as much as I like me now. 

With a new week comes this unspoken pressure that we get to re-invent ourselves completely. Wake up at 6am and eat chia seed pudding for breakfast and for most that’s the easiest thing you can do for yourself but for the rest of us it’s not so cut and clean. So upon this new week I want to curate my own reset, an imperfect one. A reset that is completely perfect for me and allows me to show up for myself in every way. 

I want my blog to be about... ? I guess we will find out along the way. 

Here’s to starting the week on the most imperfect way, by being a work in progress.
